A brief description of the subject of the contract: 1. Description of the subject of the contract: a) the subject of this contract is a construction workplace for: developing project documentation together with obtaining all decisions and legal arrangements for the construction of the acquired pedestrian crossing, as well as construction works, consisting in the implementation of the construction carried out Pedestrian crossings by ul. Na Błonie in Krakow, as part of the Civic Budget task, edition of VII entitled: Dolervices for pedestrians and cyclists ".b) The Employer described the subject of the order with: functional and utility program (PFU) constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ, a conceptual project constituting Annex No. 9 to SWZ and designed provisions of the contract constituting Annex 2 to SWZ. Order should be performed in the Formula Design and Build ". Caution !!!
