• Description:
• The subject of the order is the construction of a pedestrian road (sidewalk) along DK39 in the town of Rogalice, including the design stage and the implementation stage in accordance with the assumptions of the "design and build" system. As part of the order, the following must be designed and executed in particular: the following works: ● Construction of a sidewalk along national road No. 39, 570 m long, i.e. on the left side at km 65+380 - 65+490 and 65+690 - 65+790 and on the right side at km 65+490 - 65+850; ● Reconstruction of collisions with area utility networks; ● Reconstruction of the exit to the road internal intersection with DK39 at km 65+430 and exits to properties; ● Construction of the crossing suggested at km 65+690, including lighting and a transition zone; ● Construction of sidewalk and road drainage. The scope of the design and implementation stage of works includes, among others: activities: 1) Carrying out an on-site inspection to identify the subject of the order. 2) Obtaining geodetic materials for the design purposes. 3) Preparing design documentation along with the necessary arrangements. 4) Preparing a situational and elevation map for design purposes. 5) Preparation of documentation necessary to resume/determine/separate the boundaries of road lanes located in the boundary lines established in the ZRID decision, along with a sketch of the boundaries of road lanes built under investment.6) Preparation of design materials for obtaining opinions, arrangements and permits required by specific regulations, together with obtaining opinions, conditions, arrangements, permits and other documents referred to...
