- 3.1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of design works and construction works to build a pediatric building with the oncology department / building "H" / Specialist Hospital Dr. A. Sokołowski in Wałbrzych in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party contained in SWZ together with the robotsAccompanying ones consisting in the construction of the oxygen plant and the supply of equipment indicated in detail in volume III SWZ - the description of the subject of the contract and the planned provisions of the future agreement constituting volume II SWZ.
3.2. In the implementation of the subject of the contract, the contractor is obliged to be obliged to

Realization of construction works aimed at the construction of a free -standing oxygen plant to service the oxygen network for the needs of the specialist hospital Dr. Alfred Sokołowski, located at ul. Sokołowskiego 4 in Wałbrzych with the transfer of an existing liquid oxygen tanktogether with the atmospheric evaporates and the necessary fittings and reduction board in accordance with the design documentation and administrative decisions described in detail in volume III SWZ Annex 2.1.,
3.2.2. Developing complete multi -branch design documentation for the building covering the buildingPediatric Specialist Hospital Dr. Alfred Sokołowski in Wałbrzych "in accordance with the guidelines indicated in the functional and functional program constituting volume III SWZ Annex 2.2.
