- 1. The subject of the order are construction works consisting in "Construction of a permanent exhibition at the Museum of Underwater Archeology and Baltic Fisheries in Łeba along with the development of design workshop documentation" 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in part III of the SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party allows the execution of part of the order to be entrusted to a subcontractor. 4. The ordering party requests that the contractor indicate in the offer the parts of the order whose performance he intends to entrust to subcontractors, and provide the names of any subcontractors, if they are already known. 5. If the Ordering Party indicated the origin (brand, trademark, manufacturer, supplier) of materials or standards, approvals, specifications and systems in the description of the subject of this order, the Ordering Party allows the use of materials or equivalent solutions, provided that they guarantee the implementation of works in accordance with the documentation constituting the description of the subject of the contract and ensure that technical parameters are not worse than those assumed in the description subject of the order. 6. The order in question will be awarded as part of the project "Construction of a permanent exhibition at the Museum of Underwater Archeology and Baltic Fisheries in Łeba - a branch of the National Maritime Museum in Gdańsk", co-financed under the Program European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027.
