Description:
The subject of the order is the construction and implementation of a complete business process automation system (RPA Robotic Process Automation class), including: 1.1. Delivery of software subscriptions/licenses necessary for construction, launch and central management software robots.1.2. Installation and configuration of environments (production, testing and programming/development).1.3. Analysis, optimization and robotization of designated business processes (pilot verification of the suitability of the solution for the Ordering Party and production implementation).1.4. Training for administrators, programmers and business users.1.5. provision of technical support and maintenance services while maintaining the guaranteed level of service provision.1.6. Robotization launch designated business processes on elements of the Ordering Party's IT infrastructure (IT systems and software used by the Ordering Party) A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ and the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ.
