Construction of a platform for robotization of processes and robot management with the necessary licenses, as well as optimization and robotization of selected processes in the department for foreigners and for the department for foreigners The subject of the order is construction and implementation of a complete business process automation system (RPA class - Robotic Process Automation), including: 1.1. Delivery of software subscriptions/licenses necessary to build, launch and centrally manage software robots.1.2. Installation configuration of environments (production, testing and development/development).1.3. Analysis, optimization and robotization of designated business processes (pilot verification of the suitability of the solution for the Ordering Party and production implementations). 1.4. Training for administrators, developers and business users.1.5. Provision of technical support and maintenance services maintaining the guaranteed service level.1.6. Starting robotization of designated business processes on elements the Ordering Party's IT infrastructure (IT systems and software used by the Ordering Party).
