A brief description of the subject of the order: The Ordering Party informs that the PN task: construction of a playground on the PGO housing estate at ul. Greenhouse in Nisko is co-financed from the Rural Development Program for 2014 - 2020. The Employer provides for the possibility of annulment of the procurement procedure on the basis of Article 310 of the Public Procurement Law if public funds that the Ordering Party intended to spend on the financing of all or part of the contract will not be Granted 1. Subject of dealing with the scope of works includes the construction: 1) A large play set, stork slot, rocker kitten and rocking dog - Sand secure zone in the edge of EPDM; 2) Bench with backrest (2 pcs) - on concrete cube; 3) square fence Wooden games; 4) Small architecture: Information board (1 piece), Wooden basket (1 piece), Wooden bench (2 pcs). 2.
