Description:
a) The subject of the public procurement is construction work consisting in the construction of a recreational pedestrian and bicycle path in Podgrze Duchackie, stage VIII, together with the demolition and construction of a technical infrastructure network, a section of the crossing through the Park in the Bonarka area. b) The ordering party described the subject of the order on the basis of: Draft provisions of the contract (PPU), constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ; Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (STWiORB), constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ; Design documentation constituting Annex No. 9 to the SWZ; Bills of quantities, constituting Annex No. 10 to SWZ.c) In the case of the manufacturer's name, trademarks, standards, approvals, technical specifications and reference systems in any annex to the SWZ may be replaced by equivalent products.
