The subject of the contract is the purchase, implementation and adaptation of new electronic solutionspublic administration and back-office digitization through: replacement of the domain system (SD) and the electronic document circulation system (EZD), implementation of the electronic system of the Customer Service Office, adapting the working environment to the previously used work environment to the properties of the new system andTool software (WNIP).
As part of the contract, the Electronic Public Services Center will also be implemented, which will be a dedicated portal of public e-services together with a mobile application, contact and notification for the office of the Office.

a) building the basic system of electronic public services,
