- The subject of the order is the construction of a P+R facility at the railway station in Dugoka along with the expansion of the district road and accompanying elements (design and build formula), in particular: 1) preparation of design documentation, to the extent necessary for the implementation of the task referred to in the sentence above,2) obtaining appropriate administrative decisions (e.g. ZRID, PNB) enabling the performance of construction works based on the prepared design documentation or a certificate of no objection to the notification of the intention to perform construction works, if obtaining a building permit is not required together with a finality clause or having immediate enforceability, and, if necessary, also: final decisions on the conditions of development and land development or final decisions on determining the location of a public purpose investment, based on a separate power of attorney granted by the Ordering Party to the person indicated by the Contractor, 3) obtaining all decisions, opinions, arrangements, approvals, etc. necessary for the implementation of the Subject of the Agreement, 4) submitting a notification of the commencement of construction works by the Contractor on the basis of the pr...
