- 1. The subject of the order includes the design and execution of construction works in the scope of the investment entitled: "Construction of the Primary School building in SuΕkΓ³w". 2. The task is co-financed by the Government Fund for Polish Order: Investment Program Strategic. 3. The scope of the Order includes all necessary activities to be carried out correctly, in accordance with the provisions of law, the terms of the Agreement, and the requirements specified in the Functional and Utility Program, including, among others: preliminary architectural concept and geotechnical opinion and other documents constituting annexes to the SWZ, design and execution of the subject of the Order. 4. The subject of the order is: The subject of the order is the development of comprehensive design documentation and obtaining a valid building permit, construction of a facility and obtaining a decision to use the primary school building in SuΕkΓ³w, based on the concept and functional and utility program. The building will consist of two identical segments "A" and "B" and parts Gymnasium with facilities. Segment "A" and segment "B" covered with a gable roof with an angle of inclination of 35Β°, a full basement with 2 above-ground floors (ground floor and attic). The segments will be connected by a glass batten. Part of the building constituting a gymnasium with facilities (2 floors) is planned to be covered with a flat roof with an angle of inclination of 6Β°. 5.
