• A sealed underground sewage tank (capacity 50 m3) together with the installation of sanitary sewage system to the abovementioned building,
• Airtight underground rainwater tank (capacity 10m3)together with the installation of rainwater drainage system,
• water supply installation to the abovementioned building powered from the designed deep well,
• Electricity installation. Pre -supplying the external lighting,
• Preschool Playground,
• Business on the power pole,
