Description:
The planned construction project involves the implementation of the task entitled: Construction of a primary school in Szkotow, stage I, consisting in the construction of the shell of the closed building of the Primary School in Szkotow, which will be located in Szkotow on plot no. ewid 197, Szkotowo precinct, Kozowo commune, Nidzica poviat. The execution of the shell includes the execution of construction works in the scope of construction of walls, foundations, internal and external walls and ceilings of all floors of the school building, as well as the demolition of the existing part and the construction of a new one together with accompanying works (modifications of the water and sewage installations, central heating and electrical installation with cabling protection), comprehensive construction of the roof with gutters, downpipes - (taking into account the distances resulting from insulation works at a later stage), flashings and comprehensive installation of window and door joinery, construction of driveways and entrance stairs. The building can be divided into two parts: the school building and the connection between the school and the existing hall.
