Description:
4.1 The subject of the order is the implementation of an investment including the construction of a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) and its equipment with the necessary machines and devices for proper waste segregation, as well as the delivery of specialized equipment necessary for the collection of municipal waste in themach of the task entitled: "Construction of PSZOK along with the purchase of equipment." 4.2 Ordering Party in accordance with Art. 91 section 1 of the Public Procurement Act allows the submission of partial offers divided into 6 parts
4.8. Subject evidence.
Ordering Party to confirm compliance of the offered products
with the Ordering Party's requirementso to the extent indicated in the table below, requires the Contractor to submit the following evidence together with the offer (applies to parts 1-4):
a) - List of parameters and conditions required according to Annex No. 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d to the SWZ. In order to confirm that the equipment subject to niof this delivery meets the requirements arising from the detailed description of the subject of the order and the Draft Agreement, the Contractor is obliged to indicate in Annex No. 1a for part 1, 1b for part 2, 1c for part 3 and 1d for part 4, the technical parameters of the offered equipment,
with respect to Beforeobjective means of evidence The Ordering Party accepts equivalent means of evidence if they confirm that the deliveries offered meet the requirements, features and criteria specified by the Ordering Party.
