• Description:
• 1. The subject of the order is the construction of a public and non-commercial playground in Zielonka as part of the tourist and recreational infrastructure, as part of the task: Construction of a new playground for younger children in the Poligon housing estate. The existing state of development area: The investment area is located in a green area, between residential and multi-family buildings and a new multi-purpose sports field. There is a garbage shed nearby. Currently, the area is used as a football pitch. There are: two goals and a pico catch. The area is covered with grass and trees. Designed land development scope of works: 1) Preparatory works; 2) Demolition works: dismantle together with the foundations and remove 2 handball goals and a picket fence from the construction site; 3) Sidewalks; 4) The safe surface of the playground is sand; 5) Playground fencing; 6) Landscaping elements that are not play equipment: bench with backrest 3 pcs., information board with regulations 1 pc., bicycle rack 3 pcs., waste bin 1 pcs., library 1 pc.; 7) Elements of small architecture - play equipment: sandbox 1 pc, ship play set 1 ...
