Description:
1. The subject of the order is: Construction of a pump track in Dobre. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in: design documentation, bills of quantities and STWiOR constituting Annex No. 1 to SWZ 2. The Ordering Party informs that wherever in SWZ it describes the subject procurement by identifying trademarks, patents or the origin, source or specific process that characterizes the products or services provided by a particular Contractor that could lead to the preference or elimination of certain Contractors or products, the Ordering Party allows a solution equivalent to those described, provided that they are of no worse properties and quality. Where the Ordering Party describes the subject of the order by reference to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, specifications technical and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 99 section 5 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party indicates that it allows solutions equivalent to those described, and such reference is accompanied by words or equivalents.
