- 1. The subject of the order is the design and build investment task consisting in the construction of a pumptrack bicycle playground with accompanying infrastructure, lighting and video monitoring, located on plot no. 193/38, area 0006 in ares. As part of the task The Contractor: a) will develop complete design documentation and cost estimates based on the Functional and Utility Program developed by BTPROJECT S.C. from headquarters, ul. Kwantowa 18, 62-070 Wickowice and obtain a formal and legal document authorizing the work to be carried out in accordance with the developed documentation also all other administrative decisions, arrangements and opinions necessary to complete the investment task (including the decision to determine the location of the public purpose investment). b) perform construction works, based on the prepared documentation and obtained formal and legal documents enabling implementation of the task in question.
