1. Name given to the Employer: Construction of Racula-Dużowa Street in the Formula design and build as part of the task: Reconstruction and expansion of the PiS network in the city of Zielona GA.2. The Ordering Party informs, and the investment referred to in point 3.1. SWZ will be implemented in the formula design and buildIn the area, with which the scope of the subject of the fall includes: 1) project documentation, 2) construction robes consisting in making a concrete cube surface. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the fall is included in the functional and use program stating the start of I.4 to SWZ and in documents,about which it is mentioned in point 3.3. Swz.4. The subject of the fall should be carried out in accordance with the documentation in the commemoration No. I.4 to SWZ. 5. The Contractor will grant the performed the subject for a period of min. 48 months and people for a period of 6 months from the date of the warranty period.
