Description:
1. The subject of the order is the construction of a rainwater retention system in the area of Niezłomnych Street. 2. The scope of the order includes construction works, which require two tasks to be performed, i.e.: 1) Task No. 1: - Execution of construction works entitled "Construction rainwater collector in ul. Niezłomnych (provincial road) in Stalowa Wola, plot no. 3255" according to the attached documentation, 2) Task No. 2: - Execution of construction works entitled "Replacement design for the design approved by Decision No. 568/2020 z on October 1, 2020 - Construction of a storm sewage system in Niezłomnych Street in Stalowa Wola" according to the attached documentation. 3. The task should be performed in accordance with the DNSH principle within the meaning of Art. 17 of Regulation (EU) No 2020/852 4. The detailed scope of the order is specified was included in the Design Documentation, STWiORB and Bills of Quantities constituting annexes to the SWZ. 5. The Ordering Party does not require the Contractor to carry out an on-site visit or check the documents necessary to complete the order on site Ordering Party. 6. The contractor may limit himself to completing section α in Part IV of the Single European Procurement Document (SPD) and does not have to complete any of the other sections in Part IV of the SPD. 7.
