Description:
1. Subject of the pollination s construction works, within the meaning of Article 7 point 21 of the PZP and art. 3 point 7 of the Act of July 7, 1994 Construction Law, consisting of the construction or replacement of rainwater sewage inlets together with dewers and robt with them (in puppies consisting of restoration damaged street surface), on the streets of the city of Bydgoszcz, in the scope and on the terms of the execution of the fall, detailed in: 1) the planned provisions of the contract with the residents - attached No. 1 to SWZ, 2) description of the subject of the fall (OPZ) and technical specifications of the performance and receipt of Robt Construction (SST) together with the drawing - Important No. 2 to SWZ, 3) template of the offer form - Zakznik No. 3 to SWZ, 4) a model cost estimate for the basic poll, which is taking over 4-1 to SWZ and the offer cost estimate for the option, which is available No. 4-2 to SWZ.2.
