Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works as part of the project entitled "Expansion of the rainwater management system - 3rd stage" covering the construction of a rainwater sewage system in ul. Bałtycka/Kawki in Olsztyn, in accordance with the assumptions of the "European funds for infrastructure, climate,Environment "(Feniks) for 2021-2027 and with the design documentation provided by the Ordering Party on the website of the conducted proceedings.

2. The order is awarded in parts from which each is the subject of separate proceedings, in accordance with art.91 para. 1 of the PZP Act.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and its size and scope are specified in the specification of the terms of the contract and in the attachments to SWZ.
