Description:
The subject of the order is the expansion of ZS building No. 6 with a vertical platform and the reconstruction of the main entrance zone, as part of ensuring access to each floor of the building for people with disabilities, in accordance with the construction permit No. 289/2024 of October 29, 2024. (Ar.6740.281.2024). The reconstruction of the entrance area also includes the installation of a ramp for people with disabilities and construction works related to the implementation of platform access from each floor of the facility. The investment also includes reconstruction of the sanitary facility, consisting in separating two bathrooms from one toilet: for teachers and for disabled people. A detailed description of the subject of the order includes: - construction design, - technical design, - bills of quantities in the form of blind cost estimates, - Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (STWiOR) - designed contractual provisions.
