Description:
The subject of the investment is the reconstruction and expansion of the Tram Depot, which includes the construction, reconstruction and expansion of buildings and technical infrastructure related to the operation of the depot, along with the demolition of buildings and technical infrastructure. Material scope inclinvestment in Stage 1 includes: reconstruction of the land infrastructure network (connections and installations in the area of the planned new depot development), including: water supply, stormwater and sanitary sewage, heating, power and traction; construction of the transformer and traction station building 15/0.6 kV (including equipment and reception rooms); reconstruction and expansion of the track, network and road system; construction of an underfloor lathe building with equipment; construction of a tram washing building with pro-ecological technological equipment; construction of a traffic control room building; demolition of buildingsconstruction works and technical infrastructure.
