A brief description of the subject of the order: a) the subject of the order is the development of a construction / reconstruction of the pavement on ul. Locally as part of tasks, the construction program of the pavements "together with dehydration, lighting, elements of small architecture and solving possible industry collisions. (b) the Ordering Party described the subject of the order by: designed provisions of the Agreement (PPU) constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ; A material range constituting Annex 8 to SWZ and a graphic attachment constituting Annex 9 to SWZ.C) The Contractor is obliged to grant: min. 36 - Max. 60 months warranty (offers containing a warranty period shorter than 36 months will be rejected).
