A. Subject of the contract: The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works consisting in the construction of a recreation and sports zone with a mini playground at ul. Nowowiejska stage I - B.O. in Kdzierzyn-Kol in a detailed and precise manner specified in the design documentation. B. The scope of the subject of the order includes: execution: 1. Tasks titled: Construction of a recreation and sports zone with a mini playground at ul. Nowowiejska, stage I - B.O., in Kdzierzyn-Kol, in particular: 1) Measurement works, geodetic works; 2) Earthworks; 3) Protection of the existing tree stand (trees) before starting work. 4) Execution surface;- mineral surface,- concrete block surface.5) Construction of a grass surface;6) Installation of a protective pipe for the electrical installation;7) Installation of a protective pipe for the telecommunications installation;8) Delivery and installation of recreational devices and equipment;- Twister set,- Stepper set,- Tai-chi wheel set, - bench with backrest 1 pc, - garbage bin 1 pc, - bicycle stand 3 pcs, - board with regulations 1 pc. 9) Preparation of post-construction surveying inventory. carried out based on the technical and executive design prepared by: LAND ART PRO...
