II. DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER1. The subject of the order is the development of the fenced square area along with infrastructure for the recreation and relaxation area. Location: Komorniki, ul. B. Wielocha, plot no. 1159/1 (fragment).2. The scope of work includes: 1) Assembly: terrace shelter 6.0 x 5.8x 2.7 m 1 pc. benches without backrest 8 pcs. benches with backrest 2 pcs. table 1 pc. swivel loungers 7 pcs. garbage bins 3 pcs. bicycle racks 4 pcs. bicycle racks board with regulations - 1 pc.2) Construction of paths from aggregate 175 m23) Concrete pavement 51 m2 4) Installation of solar lighting 5 pcs.5) Herb lawns, planting trees and shrubs - along with annual maintenance6) Panel fence, height 1.5 m - 201.5 m7) Surveying service along with an as-built inventory. The selected contractor must obtain the Employer's approval for each device before its installation.3. Detailed scope of works, according to which work must be performed, includes design documentation, STWIOR, and bill of quantities, constituting attachments to this SWZ.4.
