II. DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER1. The subject of the order is the development of the fenced square area along with infrastructure for the recreation and relaxation area. Location: Komorniki, ul. B. Wielocha, plot no. 1159/1 (fragment).2. Scope of work includes: 1) Assembly of: terrace shelter 6.0 x 5.8 x 2.7 m 1 pc. bench without backrest 8 pc. bench with backrest 2 pc. table 1 pc. swivel loungers 7 pc. waste bins 3 pc. bicycle racks 4 bicycle spaces regulation board - 1 pc.2) Construction of paths from aggregates 175 m23) Concrete cube surface 51 m2 4) Installation of solar lighting 5 pcs.5) Herbs, lawns, planting trees and shrubs - including annual maintenance6) Panel fence, height 1.5 m - 201.5 m7) Surveying services and inventory as-built. The selected Contractor must obtain the Employer's approval for each device before its installation.3. The detailed scope of work in accordance with which the work should be performed is included in the design documentation, STWIOR, and bill of quantities, constituting annexes to this SWZ.4.
