Description:
Brief description of the subject of the order: I. The subject of the order is the implementation of tasks in the design and build system called: Construction of recreational and tourist facilities in the Kamiesk Commune. As part of the task, the Contractor is obliged to: 1. Prepare complete design documentation oruntil the required agreements, opinions and decisions are obtained., 2. Obtaining valid building permits, 3. Execution of construction works, including in particular: 1) Demolition works, in particular demolition of foundations of existing buildings and facilities, milling of asphalt surfaces, demolition of subgradesmade of aggregates, 2) Earthworks related to the construction of a parking lot and the implementation of sanitary and electrical installations, 3) Surfaces, in particular parking lots, exits, pedestrian routes made of concrete cubes, running and walking routes made of crushed stone or quartzite, hardened with stone cuts betanew granite ala, beach volleyball courts, 4) Construction of a brine tunnel with technical installations, first filling of brine and technological start-up, 5) Construction of a toilet, introductory pavilion, small architectural objects and gazebos, 6) Sanitary works and e.. .
