Description:
The subject of the contract is "construction of a road connector between national road No. 94 and Eurotheminal and the PKP LHS station in Sławkow for the development of intermodal transport" In the design and build.On behalf of and for the customer, the necessary opinions and conditions of technical conditions, arrangements, permits, permits, decisions and consents necessary together with obtaining a decision on environmental conditions and permission to implement a road investment (ZRID decision) for the performance of the subject of the contractPursuant to the requirements of the Employer,
2) execution of construction works and obtaining on behalf of and for the contracting authority a decision to use and transfer his proprietary property rights to the entire documentation produced by the Contractor during the contract.
Detailed material scopeThe subject of the contract provided for performance as part of the contractor's obligations is presented in the content of the functional and utility program, hereinafter referred to as "PFU"-Annex 7 to SWZ.
Warranty: The warranty conditions have been in detailThe public procurement agreements specified in the planned provisions, which will be introduced into the content of this contract, constituting Annex 6 to SWZ.
The investment is co -financed as part of the Polish Government Fund: Strategic Investment Program.
