Description:
The subject of the order is the performance of construction works consisting in the construction of road lighting in the town of Wolkowo. Provincial road No. 308 runs through the town of Wolkowo (Kamieniec commune, Grodzisk poviat), the remaining part of the road is owned by the Kamieniec commune. Road lighting is planned along the way the above-mentioned roads. The foundations of the poles equipped with lighting fixtures were located in the green belt, a short distance from the border of the road plot. The designed road lighting installation will be controlled from the designed cabinet located on plot no.: 314/14 in Wolkowo. It is planned to place mines. 25 galvanized lighting columns, 9 m high, and installation of 12 76 W LED lighting fixtures, 13 pcs. 35 W LED lighting fixtures. A detailed description of the subject of the order includes: - design documentation constituting an annex to the SWZ, - technical specifications execution and acceptance of construction works, constituting an annex to the SWZ, - bill of quantities (auxiliary form) constituting an annex to the SWZ.
