A brief description of the subject of the order: the subject of the order is the construction of a road construction in ul. Short in Gostyń. The Contractor performs the subject of the contract on the basis of the technical documentation constituting Annex to the SWZ, in accordance with applicable regulations, including in particular in accordance with the Construction Law Act. On the duration of works within the power network, you must apply for switching off the cables from the voltage. The offer should additionally take into account the cost of developing traffic organizations for the duration of works, the cost of securing and settlement of media on its own, supervision costs over technical infrastructure. The Ordering Party sets the period of basic warranty for 60 months. The adopted types of materials and devices (indicated in the technical documentation) were used only, for example, to describe the subject of the order. The Contractor is entitled to present materials and equivalent equipment in the offer, not worse parameters.
