The subject of the contract is implemented in the design mode and build a task entitled: "Construction of the road from Warsaw Street to the investment areas of the" Dworzyko "

in Rzeszow" as part of the investment task entitled: "Construction of the road with the viaduct (on the Warsaw and Kolemi Street) from Warszawska Streetto ul. Krakowska "divided into:
1. Basic (guaranteed) - design and construction of the section from the intersection in the area of ul. Warszawska/Krogulskiego (along with the intersection) to the intersection at the extension of ul. Technology (along with the intersection) and
with the connection to ul.Technology.
2. Setting covered by the right option No. 1 - design and construction of the section from the intersection at the extension of ul. Technology to the intersection with ul. Business (with the intersection).
3. Removal covered by the right option No. 2 - design and reconstruction of the intersection ul. L. clouds with ul.Krakowska together with the construction/reconstruction of ul. Krakowska and ul. L. clouds to the necessary extent.obtained entries/building permits, decision on ZRID with rigor of immediate enforceability. with ul. Warszawska and railway lines No. 71 and 91,
