The subject of the fall is the implementation of the investment task entitled Construction of a road for pedestrians and a bodies at ul. in Jawiszowice as part of the expansion of the Voivodship Road No. 949 in the Formula design and build, co-financed from the European Regional Development Fund under the Funds ProgramEuropean for Maopolski 2021-2027 Recruitment No. FEMP.03.02-IZ.00-034/24. The factual of the subject of the Claw includes, among others: 1) developing project documentation subject to the ZRID procedure together with obtaining non-evil documents and administrative decisions, constituting the grounds for startingconstruction Ro-BT, including the final ZRID decision and the remaining documentation constituting the grounds for settling the investment cost estimates, schedules, as is also the case of a non-useful documentation to obtain permission to use, if it will be required. Information on the type and quantity of the required copiesproject documentation is specified in PFU.
