Description:
Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the construction of a roof for the city market together with open sales stands and closed sales rooms as well as rooms such as: toilets, technical and cleaning rooms at Aleja Niepodlegoci in Starogard Gdaski. Rangethe work also includes the implementation of external and internal installations, i.e. electrical, water, telecommunications - monitoring, sanitary sewage and storm sewage. The designed facility will be constructed in place of the currently existing marketplace consisting of numerous fairgrounds and booths., intended for demolition in accordance with the land development design. 2. The Contractor is fully and entirely responsible for the correct implementation of the subject of the order from the moment of signing the contract until the expiry of the warranty period for the subject of the order. , 3. Contractor at his own expense and at his own expensezt:, a) provide surveying, geological and geotechnical services;, b) perform all measurements, tests, calculations, studies and expert opinions necessary for the proper execution and functioning of the subject of the order., 4. The construction site will be handed over to the Contractor after obtaining all required items. ..
