Description:
1. The Ordering Party informs that the investment referred to in point 3.1. SWZ will be implemented in the design and build formula, therefore the scope of the subject of the order includes: 1) preparation of design documentation based on the Employer's documentation and in accordance with applicable provisions of construction law along with the necessary studies, a set of required opinions, arrangements, decisions, permits, in accordance with the regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of December 20, 2021 on the detailed scope and form design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works and the functional and utility program (Journal of Laws, item 2454);2) execution of construction works in accordance with the subject of the order based on the developed design documentation referred to in referred to in point 3.2.1) SWZ together with obtaining a permit to use the facility and the performance by the Contractor of all other obligations described in the SWZ with annexes.2. The subject of the order is the preparation of design documentation and construction works related to construction of a covered ice rink at ul.
