- The subject of the contract is the development of complete multi -branch design documentation and the execution of construction works related to the construction of a parking lot for trucks and passenger cars, as part of the task entitled "Construction of a safe and protected parking lot in the Port of Gdańsk". Subject of the contractIt should be completed in accordance with a detailed description of the subject of the contract and with the planned provisions of the contract.(Annex 8 to SWZ). In this respect, the Contractor will not make any claims against the Employer.
