1. Type of order: Construction works. The subject of the order is "Construction of a sanitary sewage and water connection to the building at ul. Kolejowa 11 in Łazy". 2. A detailed description of the Subject of the Agreement and the scope of works was included in the bill of quantities, connection conditions and the planned route connection, collectively referred to as the Description of the subject of the order ("OPZ"), constituting Annex No. 1 to ZO.3. Contractors are obliged to refer to the above-mentioned designation in all contacts with Ordering Party.4. Each Contractor may submit only one offer prepared in accordance with the requirements specified in the Request for Quotation in electronic form.5. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of submitting partial offers. An offer may only be submitted for the full scope of the order.6.
