- The subject of the contract is the implementation of preparatory, construction, assembly and other necessary activities leading to the implementation of the investment entitled: "Construction of sanitary sewage network in the Chocianow - North commune" in accordance with the developed project documentation.
Under the projectThe contractor is obliged to perform the following tasks:
Task 1: Construction of a sanitary sewage system in Pogorzeliska
Task 2: Construction of a pressing sewage network from Pogorzelisk to Chocianow
Task 3: Construction of a sanitary sewage system in Parchow in Parchow
Detailed scopePlanned works are included in the description of the subject of the contract: project documentation and technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works constituting Annex 7 to this SWZ and the planned provisions of the Agreement constituting Annex 8 to this SWZ. AttachedThe number of works should be treated as ancillary documents, offers should be estimated on the basis of project documentation and provisions of the planned provisions of the contract.
