The Ordering Party informs that the order will be co-financed from the Project entitled "Construction of a sanitary sewage system in the commune and town of Nisko in the towns of Nowosielec, Koczyce and Racawice, along with replacing water meters in Nowosielec and Koczyce." will be implemented under recruitment No. KPOD.03.15-IW.21-001/24 as part of measure B3.1.1 Investments in sustainable water and sewage management in rural areas covered by the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of canceling the contract award procedure pursuant to Article 310 of the Public Procurement Law if the public funds that the Ordering Party intends to intended to finance all or part of the order will not be awarded to him.1.
