Description:
The task will be implemented in the town of Kamienica in the Nysa poviat, Paczków commune, on plots no. 1516 AM-6 of Paczków district and plot no.: 494, 495 496, 980, 995/1, 997, 1000, 1003, 1004/1, 1352, 1388, 1477, 1481, tenement house district. The investment is located in a town outside the designated agglomeration area within the meaning of Art. 86 of the Act of July 20, 2017, Water Law (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1478, as amended) in accordance with the Update of the National Program for the Treatment of Municipal Watercourses. Currently the project is dedicated to 129 residents of the town of Kamienica. The scope of the task includes the construction of a gravity and rolling sanitary sewage network in the town of KAMIENICA. As a result of the task, 1.25 km of sewerage network will be created. including as part of design work 43 sewage connections were designed. In the town of Kamienica, as part of stage II, there is currently no sewage network, and sewage is discharged into septic tanks. The project assumes the construction of a network in the town of Kamienica, including transit and inclusion in existing network. Detailed information is included in the technical documentation constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.
