Description:
1) The subject of the order is the performance of construction works related to the task titled: Construction of the building of the School and Kindergarten Complex along with the necessary accompanying infrastructure (bicycle shelters, sanitary and rainwater sewage installations, external rainwater installation for irrigation, installation external gas, electrical installation and lighting cable line) at ul. Wiedzy, 55-003 Nadolice Wielkie, registration no. 309/1026 and 309/1027.
2) The subject of the order includes in particular the construction of:
a) A building consisting of 3 wings (kindergarten, grades I-III, grades IV-VIII). Building o dimensions approx. 104 x 151 m, no basement, two floors above ground and 11.22 m high. Flat roof (flat roof) with a slope of 2%,
b)174 parking spaces, including 17 for disabled people and access roads,
c) Sports surfaces and playgrounds,
d) Bicycle shelters and gathering places waste,
e) Sidewalks and accesses to buildings,
f) Connections and installations in accordance with the design.
3) Obtaining an occupancy permit on behalf of the Ordering Party subject of the order. The Ordering Party will authorize the Contractor to conduct formal and legal matters on its behalf before bodies, offices and institutions competent to issue the necessary arrangements, guidelines and decisions, including decisions on the permit to use the subject of the contract. For this purpose, the Ordering Party will authorize the Contractor to apply for a permit to use the subject of the order within 3 days from the date of submission ...
