Description:
1) The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works related to the task entitled: Construction of the building of the School and Preschool Complex together with the necessary accompanying infrastructure (bicycle sheds, sanitary and rainwater sewage system installations, external installation of rainwater for irrigation, installation external gas, electrical installation and lighting cable line) at ul. Knowledge, 55-003 Nadolice Wielkie, no.
2) The subject of the contract includes in particular the construction:
a) a building consisting of 3 wings (kindergarten, classes I-III, classes IV-VIII). Building Fr. dimensions appro
b) 174 parking spaces, including 17 for disabled people and access roads,
c) sports surfaces and playgrounds,
d) bicycle sheds and the place of collecting waste,
e) pavements and reach buildings,
f) connections and installations in accordance with the project.
3) obtaining a decision permit on behalf of the Ordering Party subject of the order. The contracting authority authorized the Contractor to conduct formal and legal matters before the authorities, offices and institutions appropriate to issue the necessary arrangements, guidelines and decisions, in this decision permission to use the subject of the contract.
