Description:
1. The subject of the order is the construction of a section of the road ul. Lisia in Zielona Gra with parking spaces..2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex I.4 to the SWZ and in the documents referred to in point 3.4. SWZ.3. The subject of the order must be performed in accordance with the design documentation and Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Works included in Annex No. I.6 to the SWZ. 4. The Ordering Party informs that for the scope specified in point 3.2. SWZ accepted cost estimate (quantity) based on the offer cost estimate included in Annex I.7. SWZ.5. Performer to done the subject of the order will provide a warranty for the works covered by the contract for a period of min. 48 months and warranty for work defects for a period exceeding the warranty by 6 months. Note: Additional warranty for works (warranty extension period) is subject to scoring in accordance with the offer evaluation criteria specified in point 30.2. SWZ.6. The Ordering Party informs that indications of common names, trademarks, manufacturer's names, and photos that may appear in the SWZ together with annexes in the included elements of the description of the subject of the order are intended only to determine visual, technical and qualitative features. ...
