Short description of the subject of the contract: 1. The subject of the contract is to design and build a selective collection point for municipal waste (PSZok) in the municipality of Mszczonów on part of plots No. 108, 109, 110, 111, 112, 113, 114 in the village of Wyksów with complete equipment, accompanying infrastructure and land development in Formula Design and build. 2. Task co-financed from the European Union under the Operational Program Infrastructure and Environment 2014-2020 within the priority axis II - Environmental protection, including adaptation to climate change, operation 2.2 Municipal waste management. 3. The subject of the contract will be implemented in two stages. The contracting authority has been described by the functional and use program - Annex No. 7 to this document.
