Description:
1. The subject of the order is: 1) construction of 280 m2 of exhibition space in accordance with the design of the promotional stand (stand) developed by the Contractor; 2) technical service of the stand during the Fair; 3) staff of the stand for 4 (four) persons (hostesses or hosts) who speak at least two of the following languages: German, Polish, English; 4) dismantling of the completed construction referred to in point 1 after the end of the Fair; 5) providing a third party liability insurance policy; 6) execution and handover to the Ordering Party photos relating to the activities carried out at the stand along with the copyrights to the photos; 7) recording, developing and providing the Ordering Party with a promotional film relating to the activities carried out at the stand along with the copyrights to the film; - as part of the ISM Fair COLOGNE 2026 (Fair) taking place on February 1-4, 2026 in Cologne, Germany, under the conditions specified in Appendix No. 2 to the IPU, entitled Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (Subject of the Agreement).2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the Appendix No. 2 to the Essential Provisions of the Agreement, hereinafter referred to as IPU, constituting Annex No. 5 to the Specification of Terms and Conditions of Order, hereinafter referred to as SWZ.
