Description:
Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the construction of a sidewalk on the district road No. 2014 L in the town of Stara Wie from km 0,884.00 to km 1,484.00 with a length of 600 meters, located in the commune of czna, district of Czyż. The scope of work includes: a) preparatory works, b) testingconstruction of existing drainage elements, c) reconstruction of existing exits, d) paving works, e) finishing works. The material resulting from earthworks is at the Contractor's disposal. It is recommended that Contractors applying for this contract make a site visit to the implementation area.and orders in order to make a correct valuation of the subject of the order. Detailed quantities and scope of individual items of work to be performed are specified in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ - design documentation and bill of quantities. At the stage before signing the contract, the Contractor is obliged to submit a framework to the Ordering Partyself-prepared material and financial schedule of work and valuation of work cost estimates. The submitted schedule must be consistent with the order completion date required by the Ordering Party.
