Description:
1. The subject of the order is the construction of a sidewalk with lighting on the street. Sowia in Tarnow Podgrne, stage I.2. The material scope of the task that is the subject of the proceedings is described in detail in the design documentation, technical specification for the execution and acceptance of the works, and the bill of quantities. Possible catalog items are provided only to facilitate the preparation of calculations, their use in the valuation is not obligatory. The technical specification, bill of quantities and design constitute an annex to this specification. The quality requirements of the elements constituting the subject of the order are described in design documentation, in particular the technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works. 3. The Ordering Party requires that the subject of the order be covered by an 84-month warranty and warranty period, provided that the warranty and warranty period for thick-layer horizontal signs is 36 months, and for thin-layer marking is 12 months.4.
