- 1. The order consists in the implementation of an investment under the name Construction of small architectural objects for a playground in the Tourism Park, in Brenna Centrum, in accordance with the documentation, i.e.: the land development plan constituting an attachment to the notification of the execution of works, adopted in District Office in Cieszyn on March 11, 2026, technical specification for the execution and acceptance of works and bill of quantities, prepared by ConceptPro Micha Szafarczyk with its registered office: os. Osiedle Ksicia Wadysawa no. 6C/8, 44-240 ory, constituting an integral part SWZ. 2. The investment includes the construction of small architectural structures on plots no. 1787/6, 1788/5 and 1785/63 located in the Tourism Park in Brenna Centrum at Malinowa Street and includes the construction of a playground with a hardened surface in place public. The scope of the task includes: - construction of a hardened, safe polyurethane surface, - purchase and installation of a slalom device with dimensions of 3.08x1.25x1.02 m, - purchase and installation of a tunnel device with dimensions of 1.40x0.74x1.02 m, - purchase and installation of the device large obstacle course with dimensions of 6.70x5.47x1.80 m, - purchase and assembly of the device, small obstacle course with dimensions of 4.24x0.76x1.42 m, - purchase...
