Description:
The subject of this contract is the design and performance of construction works and the service of the Website for the investment entitled: "Construction of a source of high -efficiency gas cogeneration with a capacity of 7.4 MWe and 7.0 MWT in Malbork - GUK II" on plots No. 161/4 for the construction of GUK and No. 118/21 and 119/9 for the construction of the GPO located in the area of Rewid.8 at ul. Piaskowa in Malbork.
The scope of the subject of the contract also includes the design and construction of power lines:
- line 15 kV implementing the output of electrical power from GUK II to GPO, and
- line 110 kV - implementing the lead electric power from GPO to the connection site.
The contractor provides warranty on construction works.
The subject of the contract, in addition to the design and performance of construction works work (service regarding both GUK and GPO), for a period of 24 months. The contractor, regardless of granting the warranty on construction works, also provides a warranty on the service.
