Description: 1. The subject of the order is the execution of construction works consisting in the construction of a sports and entertainment hall in Ziębice, along with technical infrastructure and land development along with obtaining a permit for use by the Contractor.
2. The scope of works in particular includes:
1) walking, foot - roadways, parking lots, other terrain curing;
2) Installations: rainy, sanitary, c.o., electric, gas, ventilation and air conditioning, telecommunications, photovoltaic, underground retention tank, terrain lighting.
3) connections: water supply, sewage and telecommunications;
3. Detailed description of the subject of the order shall specify Annex No. 11 to the SWZ.
4. The Ordering Party requires a guarantee for construction works carried out for a minimum period. 48 m. The period of guarantee granted depends on the contractor and is one of the criterion for the assessment of the offers.
